White PE Plastic Welding Rods for Bumper Fairing Repairs

Included in the package are 40 pieces of welding rods, each measuring 9.8 inches in length. The main characteristics of these welding rods are as follows:

1. They exhibit very high wear resistance, seven times greater than steel and four times greater than PTFE.
2. They have very high anti-impact resistance, double that of PC and five times that of ABS.
3. They possess good self-lubrication properties, comparable to PTFE and superior to steel and brass with added lubricating oil.
4. They demonstrate good anti-corrosion resistance, with stable chemical properties that enable them to withstand the corrosion of various corrosive mediums and organic solvents within a certain range of temperature and humidity.
5. They show very high inadhesion resistance, making it difficult for other materials to adhere to the surface of the product.
6. They have outstanding impact resistance, surpassing PA66 by ten times and PTFE by eight times.
7. They offer good low temperature resistance, even maintaining their properties in liquefied nitrogen (-196°C). This level of performance is unmatched by many other materials.

These welding rods are made of PE (polyethylene) and are white in color. They measure 5mm in width, 2.5mm in height, and 250mm in length. They are non-toxic, tasteless, and have a low density. Additionally, they are resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion.

Examples of applications for these welding rods include water and chemical tanks, bumpers, fuel tanks, equalizing tanks for car coolants, kayaks, canoes, and more.
