JOUNJIP PolyPlaz Welding Rods + Wire Mesh Combo

The Plastic Welding Bundle comprises a 2-Pack of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh sheets, each measuring 5 inches by 8 3/4 inches, and a 40-Pack of black PolyPlaz flat ribbon Welding Rods, each 9 inches long. This combination forms a Solid Weld, as the wire mesh, when used with the PolyPlaz rods, melts effectively with most plastic types to create a strong, solid weld. However, it is important to note that these materials are not compatible with Thermoset plastics like PUR and PC.

The PolyPlaz Rods included in this bundle are incredibly versatile, as each rod is a special blend of plastics designed to bond with most plastics. It is worth mentioning, though, that they are not compatible with Polyurethane (PUR) or Polycarbonate (PC).

Furthermore, these rods are formulated with Carbon and Glass Fibers to provide additional strength and flexibility, resulting in a sturdy weld. The 40 black, 9-inch, flat ribbon rods included in the bundle are equivalent to 30 ft.

In addition to the welding rods, the bundle also includes Stainless Steel Reinforcing Mesh, which offers greater strength to repairs compared to regular aluminum wire screens. The 2 sheets of mesh, each measuring 5 inches by 8 3/4 inches, can easily be cut to the desired size using standard scissors.

This Plastic Welding Bundle is ideal for a variety of repair jobs, including popular thermoplastic welding tasks such as TPO, TEO, and PP bumpers, as well as kayak, canoe, and other plastic repairs. It is recommended for use with Jounjip or Gino Development Plastic Welders.
